If for any reason, you don't like Template Websites, you are protected by our 7 day money-back guarantee on annual subscription PRO plans only. If you don't like Template Websites within the next 7 days, we will gladly refund 100% of your purchase. No questions asked on the basis of the full rules stipulated on this page.

Annual accounts only

The refund policy applies only to paid plans on our PRO and PRO+ annual/yearly subscriptions. No monthly accounts qualify for a refund.

Pro+ plan restrictions

If you have purchased a Pro+ annual plan and have submitted a request to use your monthly edit credits, or have used any of your credits, no refunds can be offered. This is due to our support team actively working on your account.
