Do I need any technical skills to use Template Websites?
No, not at all. Our platform is designed in a way that makes it easy for you to simply click to edit. No design or technical knowledge needed.
What's included in the free plan?
The Free Plan includes:
- No hosted domains - you cannot link a custom domain. Your website will be hosted on our templatewebsites.cloud domain.
- Limited features - all the pro features will be locked in the builder unless you upgrade.
- Limited designs - all the pro designs will be locked unless you upgrade.
- Unlimited Landing Pages - you can create unlimited landing pages on your websites
- Unlimited Websites - you can create unlimited websites on our domain.
- Limited Blog - no access to the advanced custom fields options.
- Unlimited External Popups - can create external popups to be embedded on other websites
- Unlimited Web Stories - can create unlimited web stories
- Unlimited Team Members - can invite team members to work on the same project
- Limited Traffic - Web traffic is limited to roughly ~ 50,000 visits monthly (across all projects in your account)

What are the benefits of the Pro+ Plan?
The Pro+ Plan gives you access to our website design team who can make edits to your website on your behalf each month. Included in your plan is a total of 30 minutes of edits monthly which can be broken up into 2 x 15min blocks.
The website edits can be used for anything such as:
- Adding blog posts and articles
- Tidying up a page for you
- Adding a small page
- Tidying up popups and web stories
- Making any changes on your website for you
- Connecting apps and systems.
This is a great way to have someone in your corner to help you each month when you need it. The hours do not accumulate, so you need to use them each month.
Can I use my own domain name with Template Websites?
Yes! To use your own domain for your website, you will need to purchase the PRO plan. It takes around 5 minutes to connect your own custom domain.
Are there any hidden fees with Template Websites?
No way! We have built a super affordable, easy to use and maintain platform for you as a user. We have a "No hidden surprises" approach to doing business.
Can I switch my Template Websites plan at any time?
Yes. However if you are downgrading from a PRO plan to a Free plan, you will lose your PRO features at the end of your billing period. If you are on a Free plan, you can upgrade at any time.
Does Template Websites offer customer support?
We sure do! We offer email customer support on all Pro plans and for custom website design clients in addition to the help documentation. The Free Plan gives you access to our help documentation.
